1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kx44 platform and all services connected to it. In these Terms, "we", "our", or "kx44" refers to the organization operating the platform, and "you" or "user" refers to any person who has registered on kx44 or is using the services.

By opening an account on kx44, or by using our services in any way, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To create an account on kx44 and use the services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You are not accessing from a country or jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You are opening the account for yourself and for your own entertainment, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been banned or suspended from kx44.
• You will operate only one account on kx44.

2.2 Account Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any pending winnings. kx44 may request identity verification documents at any time.

2.3 Account Security

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kx44 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). We reserve the right to change the available methods from time to time.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Typical withdrawal processing time: between 10 and 45 minutes.

3.3 Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made through a third party are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

3.4 Withdrawal Rules

kx44 may require identity verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes; however, delays may occur due to bank or mobile operator issues beyond kx44's control. Withdrawals are always processed through the same method used for the deposit.

4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 qualifies for the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied to the bonus amount only (not to the deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers can only be used once (per person, household, or IP address).
• kx44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, kx44 may suspend the account pending investigation.
• Withdrawals from a bonus cannot be made until the wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games offered on kx44 are operated by third-party software providers. Each game runs according to that provider's own rules, and outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). kx44 is committed to fair play principles.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Using any bot, script, or automated software.
• Exploiting game errors or bugs for an advantage.
• Colluding with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts.

5.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error or software failure, any bets or rewards may be voided. kx44 is not liable for any losses arising from technical or server outages.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

kx44's VIP program has three tiers. Based on your regular gaming activity, you can advance to a higher tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

VIP benefits are personal and cannot be transferred to any other account. kx44 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension or Closure by kx44

kx44 may immediately suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Failure to pass age verification.

7.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any outstanding balance must be withdrawn before closure.
